every year UGC & CSIR give jrf to more than 20000 students and NET to 50,000 students.after availing scholarship hardly 5 % of them got permanant job? so why university enrol them they do Phd a lot of study.and at the end of the day they become Dr,age 30+,no job,teaching at adhoc.whose fault is this?
